New Music Co-op

In mid-2001 Travis Weller helped to found the New Music Co-op, a community of composers and performers from the Austin area dedicated to increasing awareness and understanding of new music. The initial incarnation of NMC was a handful of composers and improvisers who gathered informally on a weekly basis to share ideas about music and play together. Visit the newmusiccoop.org site.
